UK We will process orders within 48 hours and send purchases by tracked carrier using a next working day service. If you require any other arrangement, 'phone us on 01248 362531.
Overseas We will send purchases using an airmail service and will only charge what it costs us in postage.
We accept returns dispatched within fourteen days of delivery in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling ) Regulations 2000. Please telephone us on 01248 362531 if you have a problem when you receive your parcel and we will try and sort it out very quickly. The method of return should be by insured and tracked carrier. Please e-mail us with the tracking number. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and saleable and we cannot refund the carriage costs.
We will try our best to ensure that nothing that is despatched is faulty as the last thing we want to do is to disappoint our customers. However if there is a fault, please inform us immediately and return the piece by insured and tracked carrier. We reserve the right to reject a claim if the complaint is considered unreasonable or of the customer's making.
We retain customers' names, addresses and e-mail addresses so that they may be contacted if there is a problem or enquiry regarding an order. We will only contact a customer if they have expressly requested us to do so. We will never disclose any customer information to another party.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute you have which relates to these terms and conditions, or your use of morgan-shops.com (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
